AREC Group Training - Operation planning and briefing

For our July meeting AREC North Shore held a training session covering planning and briefing of an AREC operation. The training covered conducting an appreciation of an incident, developing a plan, and how to prepare an operation order and conduct a briefing.

For the purposes of the training session we used the scenario of a communications coverage survey of a local suburb. Participants went through the planning process, and the following week we successfully implemented the plan in the real world.
